The Stevens and Doane families were originally from Vermont and Connecticut. They met in Pennsylvania and moved to Minnesota.
The Willey and Richardson families were from Maine and Nova Scotia before moving to Minnesota. They included surnames Guptil, Bridgham, Downes, Croucher, Getchell and Longfellow.
The Seastrom family includes Arvidsson, Nylen and Wick all from Sweden. Those coming to America settled in Minnesota and neighboring counties in Wisconsin.
The Mathis (Dixie Owens) Family included Watts, McClain, Morris, McClure, Gore, Hart and Ragland families that settled in Weakley and neighboring counties in Tennessee and Kentucky.
The Owens family included Alexander, Moderal, and Umfress (Humphreys) families that lived in Hardin County, Tennessee.
The Umfress family had come from Tishomingo County, Mississippi and included Weaver, Helton and McCoy families living there and neighboring Itawamba County.
The Green family included Stookey, Rose, Walser, Dunwiddie, Long and Metty families, who all converged in Nottingham Township in Wells County, Indiana (south of Fort Wayne). Previously most of these families had been in Ohio in Pickaway, Ross and Lafayette Counties.

Our Stevens (Seastrom) line is descended from Mayflower passenger Henry Sampson. He was 16 years old when he arrived and came as a cousin with the Tilleys.
